What we do with the details you send us

The controller is MediNext s.r.o., company number 24097641, Huťská 1383, 272 01 Kladno, Czech Republic. For anything about your data, write to info@medi-next.eu. We have not appointed a data protection officer — at the scale we process data, the law does not require one.

Only what you type into the form: your name, email, the name of your practice or clinic, your role, and an optional message. Nothing more. The contact form is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.

We use it for one purpose: to get back to you and arrange a conversation about the MediCode pilot. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box beside the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it any time by email — withdrawal does not affect what happened before it.

We keep your enquiry until the pilot conversation concludes, and no longer than 24 months after we last hear from you. Then we delete it. The site itself stores nothing — your message goes straight to our inbox.

We do not pass your details to anyone for their own purposes, and we do not sell them. These processors work for us: Resend (delivering the form email), Google Workspace (our inbox), Vercel (running the site, and anonymous traffic statistics). We have a data processing agreement with each, and any transfer outside the EU relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

This site sets no cookies at all — which is why there is no consent banner. We store exactly one thing in your browser: whether you chose the light or dark theme, and only when you click the switch yourself. Traffic statistics are measured by a tool that uses no cookies and identifies no individual visitor.

You have the right to access your data, to correct or erase it, to restrict processing, to portability, and to object. Write to info@medi-next.eu.
